born 1971 in North Hesse; married, 2 children (son Noah in 2009, daughter Naila in 2013)
Graduate sports scientist (Sport University Cologne) Diploma thesis in the field of psychoneuroimmunology (cancer and endurance sports) 5 semesters of business administration at the FernUni Hagen. At the end of 1998, we moved from Cologne to Vöhringen

1999 - end of 2003 Member of the management at the Revital Therapy Center Augsburg/Königsbrunn 2004-2006 Head of the AMARA schools for naturopathy and healing practice in Ulm/Vöhringen and Munich.

2001 - 2002 1 year training as an Ayurveda therapist and Yoga instructor with Rolf Adam Dr. AC. (WHO), clinical Ayurveda specialist and yoga teacher.

October 2003 - September 2006 Studied Ayurvedic medicine at the European Academy of Ayurveda. September 2006: Ayurveda doctor

February/March 2006 and February 2009 internship in an Ayurvedic hospital in Nadiad (India) - Chief physician: Dr. S.N. Gupta

2003 - 2007 Alternative practitioner studies - May 07: Permission to practice medicine from the Augsburg Health Department - alternative practitioner

Yoga training with Dona Holleman, Elisabeth Wengersky (students of B.K.S. Iyengar) and Anna E. Röcker

Many years of experience as a trainer in fitness and squash.

Member of the national squash team and 16 years of competitive sport (athletics/squash)

Since October 2004 as Ayurveda doctor, nutritionist and yoga teacher independently inown practice active.

2016 further training: MSC (Mindful Self Compassion according to K. Neff and Chr. Germer) training with Margit Manju Dürr, qualified psychologist in Neu-Ulm

2017 further training: ZRM (Zurich Resource Model according to Maya Storch), basic course with Dr. I. Ehlers & V. Glatthard in the Evangel. Academy in Bad Boll

Vision: Establishment of Ayurvedic medicine in Germany, as well as stronger cooperation between naturopaths and conventional doctors - in the interests of people.
